When you sign in with Google, we receive:

• Email address - Used as your account identifier and for important notifications
• Display name - Used to personalize your experience
• Profile picture - Displayed in your account dashboard
• Google ID - A unique identifier to link your Google account to your AItocha account

1.2 Information from Google Photos (Optional)

If you choose to link your Google Photos account, we access:

• Selected photos only - Only the specific photos you choose to import for AI model training
• Photo metadata - Date, dimensions, and format of imported photos

Important: We do NOT access your entire Google Photos library. You explicitly select which photos to import, and we only access those specific photos you've chosen.

1.3 Photos You Upload

Photos you upload directly to our platform for AI model training, including:

• Original photo files used for training
• AI-generated photos created using your models
• Biometric analysis data (facial features, body proportions) used to improve generation quality

1.4 Usage Information

• Prompts and settings used for photo generation
• Feature usage and preferences
• Device and browser information
• IP address and approximate location

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account Authentication: We use your Google account information to securely identify you and manage your account.
• AI Model Training: Your uploaded photos are used to train personalized AI models that can generate new photos in your likeness or your family members' likenesses.
• Photo Generation: Your trained models and prompts are used to generate AI photos based on your requests.
• Service Improvement: We analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models, user interface, and overall service quality.
• Safety & Security: We monitor for misuse, enforce our safety policies, and protect our users, especially children.
• Communication: We send important account updates, training completion notifications, and (with your consent) marketing messages.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

3.1 Storage

• Cloud Storage: Your photos and AI models are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest
• Database: Account information is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Railway
• AI Training: Training occurs on secure RunPod GPU servers

3.2 Security Measures

• All data transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption
• OAuth 2.0 for secure Google authentication
• Regular security audits and monitoring
• Access controls limiting employee access to user data

3.3 Retention

• Active account data: Retained while your account is active
• Deleted account data: Permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure
• AI models of minors: Cannot be downloaded and are never transferred

4. How We Share Your Information

We never sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Cloudflare (image storage), Railway (hosting), RunPod (GPU processing) - for operating our service
• Payment Processors: Stripe - for processing payments securely
• AI Service Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic - for generating photo captions (photos are processed, not stored)
• Legal Requirements: Law enforcement when required by valid legal process

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access and Export

You can access and download your generated photos from your dashboard at any time.

5.2 Delete Your Data

You can delete your data in several ways:

• Delete individual models: From your Models page, click the delete button on any model
• Delete individual photos: From your Gallery, delete any generated photo
• Delete your account: From Settings, choose "Delete Account" to remove all your data

5.3 Revoke Google Access

You can disconnect your Google account at any time:

• From AItocha Settings page: Unlink your Google account
• From Google Account Permissions: Remove AItocha's access

5.4 Opt-Out of Communications

Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email, or adjust preferences in Settings.

6. Children's Privacy

AItocha is designed for adults (18+). However, parents may use our service to create AI models of their children with these special protections:

• Models of minors cannot be downloaded or exported
• Restricted to pre-approved, family-friendly photo templates only
• All activity is logged and monitored for safety
• Custom text prompts are blocked for minor models
• Parental consent is required and verified
