Question 1

What can I make on AItocha?

Accepted Answer

Five things, each from a photo you already have: Dance & Scenes (a short dance or scene video from one photo), Sing my song (the person or pet in a photo sings a song you upload), Family Photo (two to nine people together in one picture), Photo Swap (put someone into a photo you love) and Make Photos (themed photo sets of one person or pet after you create a model of them). You never write a prompt; you pick a template.

Question 2

Do I have to train a model first?

Accepted Answer

Only for Make Photos. Dance & Scenes, Sing my song, Family Photo and Photo Swap all work from a single uploaded photo with the face clearly visible.

Question 3

What is the difference between an instant model and a trained model?

Accepted Answer

An instant model is made from 1 to 5 photos and is ready in about a minute. It is free, and it works in Make Photos, Family Photo and Photo Swap by placing the face from your best photo into each scene. A trained model learns the look from 10 to 30 photos in about an hour and a half and gives the closest likeness in every scene, including wide and full-length shots.

Question 4

How do I create a trained model?

Accepted Answer

Go to Create a Model, choose Trained, say whether it is an adult, a child or a pet, give them a name, and upload 10 to 30 clear colour photos (20 or more works best: different angles, expressions and backgrounds, no sunglasses, hats or heavy filters). Your first model is free and each extra model is 50 credits. Training takes about an hour and a half, and we show sample photos when it is done.

Question 5

What do new accounts get?

Accepted Answer

100 free credits, no credit card needed. That is enough for an 8-second dance video, a family photo and a run of themed photos.

Question 6

How do dance videos work?

Accepted Answer

Upload one photo of your pet, one person or a group, choose a template and a length (5 or 8 seconds), and press Make my video. The video has its own music and is vertical, ready for phones and stories. It usually takes 3 to 10 minutes; you can leave the page and find it in your Gallery.

Question 7

Which templates are there?

Accepted Answer

Dances in place: K-pop Point, Disco Paws, Line Dance Hoedown, Office Shuffle and Slow-mo Moonwalk. Scenes that restage you somewhere new: Halloween Strut, Pet Superstar (your pet centre stage with backup dancers) and You + Pet Movie (a fantasy film scene starring you and your giant pet; needs a photo of you and one of your pet). Copy a real dancer: Breakdance and Freestyle transfer a real dancer's routine to your photo, step for step.

Question 8

What does a dance video cost?

Accepted Answer

35 credits for 5 seconds, 50 credits for 8 seconds. Breakdance and Freestyle are 5 seconds only. Freestyle also offers a whole dance: the full routine made in pieces and joined, at 45 credits per piece; the page shows the exact total before you start.

Question 9

Can my kids be in a dance video?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in K-pop Point, Disco Paws and Line Dance Hoedown. You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian, and a person checks every video that may show a child before you can see it. The other templates are for adults and pets.

Question 10

Which photos work best?

Accepted Answer

A sharp, well-lit photo with the whole body or at least the upper body visible and the face clear. Pets standing or sitting facing the camera work best. For a group, everyone should be visible and roughly the same distance from the camera.

Question 11

What is 'copy a real dancer'?

Accepted Answer

Breakdance and Freestyle use the movements of a real dancer (licensed stock footage) and apply them to your photo, so your dog can do a cartwheel. Expect the occasional odd frame on very fast moves.

Question 12

How does Sing my song work?

Accepted Answer

Upload a photo of an adult or a pet and a song file (mp3, wav, m4a, mp4 or ogg, up to 15 MB). Pick a style: Recording studio (vintage mic, headphones on) or Concert stage (spotlights and a cheering crowd). The person or pet is restaged in that setting and sings along to your track.

Question 13

How long can the song be, and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

An 8-second clip is 50 credits. A whole song up to 60 seconds is 45 credits per 8 seconds, made in pieces and joined; the page quotes the exact price once it has measured your file. Silence at the start is skipped.

Question 14

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

About 5 minutes per 8 seconds of song, so a 40-second song is roughly 25 minutes. You can leave the page; the video appears in your Gallery.

Question 15

Whose songs can I use?

Accepted Answer

Songs you wrote or have the rights to use. A song you recorded on your phone about a friend works wonderfully. Songs with clear vocals give the best lip sync.

Question 16

Can children sing?

Accepted Answer

No. Sing my song is for photos of adults and pets only.

Question 17

How do I put several people in one picture?

Accepted Answer

Open Family Photo, add each person (a model you created, or just a photo of them), pick a scene from the themed packs and choose how many pictures you want. Best likeness mode builds the scene and then adds each person one at a time, for two to four people. The larger-group mode places up to nine people in one pass.

Question 18

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Best likeness: 1 credit plus 1 credit per person, per picture (so a family of four is 5 credits a picture). Up to nine people in one pass: 3 credits per picture.

Question 19

Do the people need trained models?

Accepted Answer

No. A clear photo of each person is enough. A trained model gives the strongest likeness, so for people you photograph often it is worth creating one.

Question 20

Can children be in a family photo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You confirm parent or guardian consent on the page, the scenes are fixed wholesome templates, and every picture that may show a child is reviewed by a person before it is released.

Question 21

What is Photo Swap?

Accepted Answer

Upload a photo you wish you were in and a clear photo of the person. We keep the pose, the lighting and the setting and swap the person in. It costs 1 credit per picture and needs no training.

Question 22

What works best?

Accepted Answer

A face-on photo of the person and a scene with one main subject. If you have created a model of the person, the advanced option uses it for an even closer likeness.

Question 23

What is Make Photos?

Accepted Answer

Once you have created a model of someone, Make Photos gives you themed sets of 4, 8 or 12 new pictures at 1 credit each. Packs: Everyday Candids, Birthday Party, Halloween, Storybook Adventures, Outdoor Adventures, Pet Portraits, Professional Headshots and Family Together.

Question 24

What kind of photos should I upload for a model?

Accepted Answer

10 to 30 clear colour photos. Include different angles (front, side, three-quarter), different expressions and different backgrounds. Skip sunglasses, hats, heavy filters and group shots. For pets, dogs and cats work best.

Question 25

How long does training take?

Accepted Answer

About an hour and a half. You can close the browser; the model shows as ready on your dashboard with a few sample photos.

Question 26

Can I create a model of my child?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with a parent or guardian consent form. Models of children can only be used with fixed, wholesome scenes, and their photos are reviewed by a person before release.

Question 27

Can I make more photos later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your model stays ready, so you can run new packs whenever you like without retraining.

Question 28

What can I do with my pet?

Accepted Answer

Make a dance video (Disco Paws, K-pop Point, Line Dance Hoedown, Halloween Strut, Breakdance or Freestyle), put them centre stage in Pet Superstar, star alongside them in You + Pet Movie, have them sing your song, or create a model of them for the Pet Portraits pack.

Question 29

Which pets work best?

Accepted Answer

Dogs and cats. Use a photo where the pet is upright and facing the camera, with the whole body visible for dances.

Question 30

How do you keep children safe?

Accepted Answer

Children only ever appear in fixed, wholesome templates; there is no prompt box. A parent or guardian confirms consent before any model, photo or video of a child is made. Every photo or video that may show a child is checked by a person before release. Child content never runs on shared adult infrastructure. Read more on our Child Safety page.

Question 31

Which features allow children?

Accepted Answer

Create a Model, Make Photos, Family Photo and Photo Swap (all with guardian consent), and three dance templates: K-pop Point, Disco Paws and Line Dance Hoedown. Sing my song and the other dance templates are for adults and pets only.

Question 32

Why is my photo or video 'held for review'?

Accepted Answer

If it may show a child, a person looks at it first. This usually takes a few hours. You will see it in your Gallery once it is approved.

Question 33

How does the credit system work?

Accepted Answer

Every price is shown before you start. Photos are 1 credit each (Make Photos, Photo Swap), Family Photo is 1 credit plus 1 per person or 3 credits for the large-group mode, dance videos are 35 or 50 credits, and singing clips are 50 credits (45 per 8 seconds for a whole song). Your first model is free; each extra model is 50 credits. New users get 100 free credits after confirming their email.

Question 34

What if something does not come out?

Accepted Answer

If a photo or video fails, its credits are refunded automatically.

Question 35

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits never expire.

Question 36

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on credit purchases. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase, no questions asked.

Question 37

What AI models do you use?

Accepted Answer

Photos and models use the Krea 2 image generation family, and videos use the MiniMax H3 video model. Everything runs on our own cloud GPUs; kid-safe work runs on separate infrastructure from anything adult.

Question 38

How do you handle my photos?

Accepted Answer

Training photos are only used for your model. Generated photos and videos are yours to download and keep.

Question 39

Can I use the photos and videos commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for your own photos and videos. For Sing my song you must own or hold the rights to the song you upload. Dance driver clips are licensed stock footage; only the movement is used.

Question 40

Where do finished photos and videos go?

Accepted Answer

Your Gallery, under /dashboard/gallery. Videos play in place and can be downloaded as mp4.
